Therefore, for transport tickets and/or combined trips, and unless indicated otherwise, the most economical fare will be offered by default. To make a reservation, you must be aware of choosing the one that really interests you based on the characteristics offered, and if you have any doubts, do not make a reservation without first contacting our customer service department. You are fully and exclusively responsible for making the correct selection of the offer of your interest and for the correct declaration of the name, number of people, and the rest of the required data in each case of those who will enjoy the product/service you are contracting. We ask that you pay special attention when reserving flight tickets, hotel rooms, rental cars, train tickets, due to the difficulty or impossibility, depending on the chosen fare, of changing reservation data. Any reservation initiated becomes a purchase at the end of the process we describe below, with the creation of a confirmation number and the confirmation screen, but we will also proceed to send the details of your reservation and corresponding confirmation to your email inbox if it has been produced. You are obliged to review this email, and if it contains any errors, you must contact us on the same day of your purchase to correct it if possible. You must review your email and be reachable by phone (the one you have provided us, which must be correct) for up to 48 hours after the reservation, as our Customer Service may contact you in case there is any doubt or problem with your reservation. If we cannot reach you, your reservation may be canceled. If you purchase directly through our portal, once you have chosen a product and entered the desired dates, you will proceed to search among the available offers, refining your preferences, possibly in several steps, with information such as the number of travelers, the dates of the trip, the category of the hotel of interest, etc. Before the purchase is finalized and payment is made (if it has been confirmed), the conditions of the product/service will be shown to you for verification, and you can proceed with the purchase if you wish, but if you have any doubts, remember that we are here to assist you through the agents identified at the top of our website. At this time, you will be asked for the identification data of the clients or passengers/travelers and the payment method. If you make the purchase, you will receive a confirmation email with all the necessary information to enjoy the product/service you have acquired. If you make your reservation through our Customer Service, our agents will guide and advise you on the available offer that best suits your wishes and needs. They will also verbally inform you of the characteristics of the product/service you are contracting, which will be specified in the purchase confirmation email we will send you. In most cases, if the reservation has been confirmed, payment for the product/service you contract is made immediately, charging the costs of your purchase to the credit/debit card you provide us. You will distinguish which company is charging your credit card, i.e., who you are paying, at the moment you view the screen where you are asked to enter the card details. In some cases, payment is made later, for example, for products that allow a 24-hour hold on spaces, such as cruises. In these cases, we inform you how much, how, and where you have to pay for the product/service you have reserved. However, in these cases, we may ask for your credit card details when making the reservation, although we will not charge any fees except those that may apply in case of changes or cancellations you wish to make once the purchase is finalized. When a reservation is completed, a screen will always appear, which you should not forget to print, with the confirmation of the reservation, but in case you forget to print it, you will always receive an email at the address you have provided us with this reservation confirmation and the necessary data and/or vouchers you need to enjoy it. Please note that this confirmation and the reserved transport tickets, hotel vouchers, etc. constitute the contract that you must keep. In some cases, if your reservation has not been confirmed but is on a waiting list, we may send you an acknowledgment email of your order. This means that your reservation is being processed. This contract will always be sent to your email and must be kept along with the documentation of the reserved trip. You can always cancel your contract made on the website www.central.taxi.org.es by contacting our customer service agents at the phone and email that always appear at the top of the page, or the general customer service of VIP Taxi S.L. at +34 93 429 33 00 or at central@taxi.org.es Cancellation, on your part, of any reservation will always result in the refund of the amount paid minus the costs that the current legislation of transport, hospitality, and travel agencies, dictated by the Generalitat of Catalonia, establishes in this regard and which is detailed in our GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS section in its general application. Please note that in many cases, hotel reservations, airfares, combined trips, have special and higher cancellation fees, or are non-refundable fares, and these may result in the total loss of what has been paid in case of cancellation. You will always have information about these special cancellation and/or refund conditions in the conditions of airfares, transport, accommodations, combined trips, cruises, etc. that you are reserving. All refunds that are necessary, once a cancellation has been made, will be made to the same credit card with which the payment was made.
